Staff development training for Cadet Programs individuals.  The program will focus on developing stellar home squadron meeting, squadron events, and instilling leadership and team work at a unit.  The training will include - Training Leaders of Cadets program (if attending TLC - you must arrive by 1800 Friday); leadership and team work training to include high and low element ropes course - a hands-on critical thinking program; squadron meeting outline, core requirements, involving all CAP programs in your meeting, and scheduling; and a "Survivor" style learning-training program with awards offered for winning teams.

When:

11 - 13 December (arrive by 2100 Friday - leave 1200 Sunday)

Where:

James Island County Park - Charleston, SC (camping, rooms are available for additional fee)

Who:

Senior Member-Cadet Program personnel, Senior Member Commanders, Cadet Commanders, Cadet First Sergeants, Cadet Officer (limited to Cadet Commanders and C/First Sgts must bring letter CAPF 2A for appointment) (Cadet Officers must be an Cadet 2Lt prior to Thursday 10 December 2009 at 1800 Eastern Time.
